Her stbxh up and left in October for someone else. Totally out of the blue. Divorce applied for by him at the end of Jan.
They're in a very expensive rented flat that he's not been back to. Blaming my friend for this and withholding rent. Luckily she can move out next month.
He's left her with £20k of credit card debt after she helped him set a business up and supported him through the first lean year.
He's not replying to her or her solicitor regarding this and has recently gone awol and not even been to his place of business.
She's also recently lost her job just to rub salt in the wound so no income at the moment.
Can anyone advise the best course of action? How do you deal with someone who has just run away and will not engage?
