Hi guys I hope your okay, so I need some advice I’m having anxiety and nausea. Basically my ex husband left us and he re married now after nearly 2 half’s yrs later he wants to take our child to his mums house to his new families house why? Why now? You wanna cause more trauma he’s very inconvenience and inconsistent I never stopped him from seeing our child. And we don’t have any orders we’re trying to co parent.

Has he been having regular contact with his children?
if so there is no issue with this
if not you should both try to agree a consistent contact schedule , and if not a court would

No he hasn’t he’s been busy with his new family he has a son he mentiond he doesn’t visit her when she’s unwell or when I say can you do drops offs and picks up or take her swimming lessons he gives me excuses
