Court Appearances & Potential Challenges

We are trying to finalize our no-fault divorce as smoothly as possible and want to make sure we follow all the necessary steps. We don’t own any property together, have no shared debts, and have mutually agreed on all terms. Given this, do we still need to fill out the section about assets and liabilities, or can we simply indicate that everything remains separate? Also, I’m a little worried about whether we’ll be required to appear in court. Will we need to attend a hearing, or is it possible to have the entire process completed remotely? Since we’re submitting our documents through onlinedivorceny.com, we want to be sure we’re doing everything correctly. I’ve also read that some divorces get rejected due to minor paperwork errors—are there any common mistakes we should avoid to ensure our filing goes through smoothly?
