I am hoping that me and my ex can agree on how to split our finances. Assuming we do agree I know there is a form D81 that we can fill out but I'm not sure of the process after that I would be grateful if somebody could explain to me what the process is regarding getting clean break financial settlement (I want to do as much as I can myself)
