Help - Process for Amicable Scottish Divorce

Separated 2021 - ex has been living separately since then. I’m in family home. Super amicable. We have 2 children. The following has been agreed:

50/50 custody
I am keeping family home
He is keeping his pension

That is it essentially. Only slight messy issue is he is noted jointly on mortgage atm as im
not working but as of Jan 27 I’ll be going it alone.

Please can someone give guidance on how to do this as easily cheaply and quickly as possible? Do we just need to get a legal minute of agreement drafted - even through an online solicitor - then apply for an ordinary undefended divorce?

Thankyou x

Not what you've asked but how are you going to pay the mortgage if you've no earnings?

I'd say it would be in your interests to have a consultant with a family lawyer, just so you know you are not being taken advantage of.

@77Fee im in between jobs which coincided with renewal so we went joint to prevent any problems. I have been paying mortgage fine. My son has additional needs and I’m having to change jobs to suit his needs. We do what’s best for him and so ex is supporting me until I get another job which is imminent.
