Consent order refused?

Just wondered if anyone had got as far as agreeing the consent order with their ex only for a judge to refuse to authorise it.
How often does this happen and how can we make sure this doesn't happen.
We're not using lawyers.

It gets rubber stamped unless very one sided. If it does appear one sided the person who appears to be getting less needs to explain

If it’s very imbalanced you’d at the very least need to demonstrate that you’d both had independent legal
advice abandoned understood the consequences. Which may or not be accepted.

they need to check that there is no coercion or pressure to accept

if it’s imbalanced a bit but not materially it’s likely to go through

So he will have to show that he has jad legal advice? We don't want lawyers involved as they cost too much. I've plucked a figure based on his deposit for q new place. We've agreed to not touch each others pensions. Mine is worth more though.

If it’s very imbalanced you would need to demonstrate he’s had independent legal
advice to understand his legal entitlement vs what he’s accepting
