Hi Folks.
For those of you that have got divorced in the last few months is your final order stamped / signed? My brother has lost his original paper version and only has the PDF copy from the courts which isn't signed or stamped, he needs to provide proof that he is divorced and is concerned it won't be accepted.
He will be calling HMCTS tomorrow for a copy.
I've done a bit of googling and some people say it must be stamped whilst others say its never stamped by a court..what is correct?
