In a quandary!!!!

That's it, I just need a few opinions really..... Bit of back story, split almost year, I'm still at home with 14/17 DC's. Mentioned months ago to DH about coming to an agreement together to cut costs of solicitors, regards house equity etc and the response wasn't nice, messaged I would leave it, until DH ready to discuss. We have barely spoke since the split so not amicable. That was about 3/3 months ago. Would you reach out again to try to agree finances, which I don't think I'll achieve or just go direct to solicitor and start the ball rolling. Thanks peeps

I’d perhaps send a message saying you’d like to sort it together, but if not you’re just being courteous and letting him know that you’ll be going to a solicitor by xxxx date
