Has anyone been to court for a specific issue order to take children on holiday?
Applied with just a c100 as we don't have a CAO it's all been informal agreement to date.

Not sure what to expect, will it go my way, will they decide on the day.

No good reason he has said no in terms of abduction or unsafe destination.

It's a week to a normal holiday destination in the summer.

I know ppl who have. No reason why it shouldn’t be granted, unless he makes some shit up. Some ppl do.

You need a CAO. You can have it written in that each parent can take child away for up to 2 weeks for example and permission shouldn’t reasonably be refused.
