Conditional Order timescale

Hi!
Just wondering if anyone has any recent info on how long conditional orders are taking to be granted at the moment?

We are in north east and able to apply on 27th March.

Getting married in July..hopefully!!

I applied for mine today. The automated response said I’d get an email telling me when the conditional order will be heard (and granted, since it’s a formality) by 12th March. But I’m hopeful it’ll be a lot sooner. I’m a long way from the north east though, and I guess it’s area dependant. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for your July wedding!

My solicitor applied for mine on 10th January, had confirmation today that the CO will be read out in Birmingham Court on 12th March

I keep checking my emails! It must come next week, surely.
And in answer to your question below, yes I think the six weeks and one day starts from the date your Conditional Order is pronounced.
Lets all have a big virtual party when that happens.

Yes I believe so, if everything goes smoothly, Final Order can be applied after 24th April

Just had email! My CO will be pronounced in Birmingham on 12th March as well. So can apply for final order 24th April 🙂

Hi I applied for my conditional on 30th Jan - just heard that mine will be read out 20th March.
Does anyone know will I receive an electronic copy of the order that day or does it take a while? The conditional order has to be attached to the financial consent order which I want to send off to court ASAP on 20th March so that hopefully it will be signed off by the final divorce early May!
