Advice Needed On Co-Parenting

Need some advice please!!!

My ex and I share a 3 year old, there's been multiple times when he has changed the routine a little bit due to personal things, that's always been okay as long as enough prewarning ect.

There's been a few occasions when I've agreed on the basis that he has her early the next morning due to me having plans as obviously my weekend without her ect. He's not woken up on time a couple of times but he had another person living with him at the time so it wasn't an issue as contacted them instead.

This morning went to drop off again we were stood outside in the cold for 40 mins with no sign tried ringing doorbell and him God knows how many times with our daughter sobbing on the doorstep asking why daddy isn't awake and doesn't want to see her.

Obviously I'm heartbroken for her and don't want this to carry on but with her about to go school in Sept I don't know how I'm meant to trust him to get her there in time. Is there any way I can stop this from happening legally or is it just a put up with it and watch her be upset constantly if an early drop off?

TIA x

40 minutes? You both should have left after 30 seconds, or better still, the man can collect her from your door. If he fails, just go about your day.
