I have a shared care court order placed in 2020, this has never been kept to as F lives over an hours drive away and doesn’t drive. He hasn’t seen child since November and currently on holiday out of the country. I have applied to cms but as theirs a court order in place he a nil paying parent. Don’t want to go back to court, been told to write a consent letter! Please help as frustrated now
