Am a mum of 3,6,16. I earn 50k and I bought a house share 55% with metropolitan. It was 310k and worth 380l now. I brought the deposit and paid for all the expenses. I filled for a divorce and he filled for a property financial order. He wNts me to pay him 15k and no child maintenance plus a clean break. He is. A student but was previously working. Solicitor fee is very high. Anyone had a similar case b4. Please let me know. I want to keep my house, clean break and he dosent need to pay child maintance but no to pay him 15k.
