Housing issue

Hi all. Just a quick question.....kind of lol

My husband was arrested last month for punching my 15 year old daughter in the face, he was bailed and part of his bail conditions is that he is not allowed contact with me, my 18 year old daughter and my 15 year old daughter until Feb 2025.
He is allowed contact with our 7 and 4 year old daughters as long as his dad is with him.

My question is, we share a joint tenancy on a council house. How difficult is it to take his name off of the tenancy?

I think each Council will have their own processes in place , so you would need to contact your housing department directly .

Do you need to take his name off just now in any event . I would assume that there are bail conditions in place preventing him from going to your property .
