Hi all,
I am applying to the court in the UK after a divorce in another country. I have been advised to do the C100 to sort out child contact times and re- do them from the foreign court contact times which are outdated (relate to children being babies etc) and doesn't take into consideration the continued emotional abuse meted out on the children.
But does anyone know which application I should be doing to get our finances sorted?! Form E? Form A1? D50H...?!
I'm trying to do it myself but not sure which to I should be doing.
(My issues with the financial order from the other country are- he doesn't pay court ordered child maintenance amounts and so has a huge amount owing, and should anyway be paying more as per my use of the CMS calculator)
