I am in the process of mediating with my narcissist ex-H. He is disagreeing to all my plans which my lawyer and the mediators themselves support. It has come to the point where my lawyer will need to just tell him I'm going with the kids at the end of December and rebuild my life, put the kids in new nurseries (which I have all sorted) and go from there.
The only sticking point now is contact with the children and how to arrange that. I don't trust him as a dad (welfare concerns) and also I don't see how I can agree to anything until he knows where he will live. Does anyone have similar experiences? Did you wait for the father to take you to court - how long did it all take?
