Ladies who left the martial house that you were leaving in with your husband and when did you leave was it before the divorce or after the divorce

Some (as in most) solicitors will say stay in the house until after the finances are agreed and the divorce is finalised. A spouse who remains resident can be incentivised to draw things out for example if the other has to pay some of the mortgage. Or has control of the sale after divorce and can frustrate things.
