Has anyone experienced the courts taking enforcement seriously?

If so have you experienced fine, community service being ordered ect?

In my case school, my daughters doctor and their father have breeached my children’s orders.

No - the courts in my experience don’t take CO breaches seriously and don’t enforce.

The problem is every time you go to court for an enforcement you see a different judge in the family court and they just give the ‘breacher’ a slap in the wrist.

My now DH spent years taking his EW to court for breaching the order and only once did a judge threaten to remove the children (it was a very serious breach).

The school, doctors aren’t legally bound by the order - only the parent is.

Thanks for this. This is what I have generally heard. It makes you wonder what the orders are there for in the first place.

I believe this is why professionals breach them so blatantly as they know there are no consequences.

How are the school and doctor breaking the CAO? It's only the other parent whose actions are referenced in the paperwork isn't it?

The doctor and school have supported the other parent to breech the CAO and the LA has supported this too.

The other parents wished for my parental responsibility to be limited, in areas of health and education in a non-mplestation order. For example, they wanted to stop me from going to school, without their permission and to no longer be involved in medical care, or choices.

The courts didn't agree but the professionals have supported the other parent to achieve this all
year anyway.
