I honestly have no clue about this process, I have no solicitor yet and I'm waiting to see if cunty ex will agree to mediation to sort finances.

Conditional order email came through a few weeks ago and it looks like I need to fill a form in, I'm worried if I do it then I will do something wrong because the finances haven't and are nowhere near sorted!

Ladies please help me out

Hey x firstly sorry you are going through this.
i recently got my conditional order and my solicitor advised to not go further now until the Finances are finalised. I think it’s something like 6 weeks and 2 days after the conditional order that you can file for the decree absolute but you really need the finances sorted prior to this so you can have a clean break x if I can help with any questions please let me know x
