Hi, looking to hear of others experiences of divorcing in Scotland by citing Unreasonable Behaviour........
I've tried to reach an early amicable financial agreement with stbxh (separated 5 months now) but he's not playing ball and said he'll wait and take me to court in 2026.
I dont want to wait til 2026 to be shot of him and family members who are in the legal profession think I have grounds for an unreasonable behaviour petition.
Just interested to hear if any others have been down this route, specifically in Scotland. Every time I try to google I just end up with loads of English centric divorce info.
