So after a year of back and forth with the ex at the last minute he agreed to supervised visits so court order went through as to be supervised at a certain place. Said place has now said they are not taking referrals so my only other options are to take child of of school early to travel over an hour away for another centre or basically say we'll have to wait.
My issue is if I say we wait as obviously it'll affect schooling he's likely to then fight again for unsupervised visits. I just don't have the money to fight him much longer. History of abuse ect all that good jazz. So I don't really know what to do.
Is there such a thing as an independent supervisor that will go with the kids and he could take them out other places ect if not that's a pretty big job/businesses idea worth looking into
