False accusations about the children

We are back to court in November, Cafcass appointments have been happening. Ex has been accusing me of all sorts, no basis whatsoever, all sent to my solicitor. One he says he has been to the police over, the second he is giving me the 'opportunity to respond' before he asks for public Cctv.

Do I respond to these accusations through my solicitor? Or do I just ignore? There is no evidence because none of them happened.
Hes also sending me messages on the parenting app saying he's never going to stop until he gets what he wants.

It's all just a bit much. I am struggling with the constant flow of allegations. I know he will get more time at the next court hearing, cafcass asked me what I would suggest. I couldn't answer because he doesn't do the basics, but now think I should have answered with something.

Hi OP, I'm in a similar position as you but just starting out. Ex applied to court and FDRH next month.
I feel I'm the one that is being abused but he's claiming parental alienation.
Not sure what to do anymore! Fed up he won't leave me alone tbh

Show cafcass and your solicitor the messages on the parenting app. Ignore the accusations and let your solicitor deal with these.

@Orchidlie22 i feel for you, it's not easy at all! I hope your FDRH goes as well as it can, I'm about 5months ahead of you in the court system it seems.
