Hi,

I am in the process of selling our house.

my ex keeps starting arguments and then calls me a multitude of names. I feel like there’s no getting away from it and everything just gets twisted. I try to stay quiet but he won’t leave it alone. How do I cope with this?

Are you still living together?

Can you have all conversation about the house via email so you have a record of his abusive behaviour?

Yes, still living there although I stayed at my parents house last night

I would look at living or staying elsewhere if possible.
