We are close to getting an agreement so I am thinking about asking why ex to agreed to us completing form D81. However, I have been reading as it is also necessary to complete a draft consent order and attach it to the D81
So I'm after some feedback from people that have got a financial consent order without using solicitors
I am also after some help with finding a template for a draft consent order
