My husband is giving me silent treatment i haven't done anything wrong but he makes out I have.i get angry as he ignores everything I do.it was diwali and he spoilt it for me by being silent.i did emotional eat but I must stop as I'm predibetic hate this stress.had a fall and went to sleep woke up n my husband was on mute.he talks and laughs with visitors to door and neighbours.

Any advice he does this every month.
I'm the one menopausal

Him ignoring you like that is emotional abuse. It's called stonewalling.

When he does finally speak to you again, and you presumably ask him what you did wrong, what does he say?

He just shouts at me.blames me all the time.i just angry with him.its like living with 2 year old toddler tantrum.
