Any advice please and some hand holding ❤️ After a long marriage which became abusive , domestically, financially he is- was a nice drunk who belittled me for years , I wasn’t allowed to leave the house on certain days-I filed for divorce . I had to get a non molestation order which was served without notice. My solicitor knew how traumatised I have been and what I have endured- dragged the process out 15 months -and we were served a court notice in a week . The other side would not vacate the date although my solicitors wanted more time . He went to ground on his financial affairs - changed jobs - 70 k is missing from his business account . He can’t pay much CMS so we have no available cash . My solicitors had not got these missing bank statements from him and so I have come over badly . The judge also said my solicitors were in contempt of court for not providing some valuations . I had to settle as going back for another FDR was said to be a two day event at 23k a day and having just lost my dm - I lost the fight . We were clearly underprepared in court . I paid so much . I feel so devastated- any advice on complaining - did anyone ever get anywhere? Thank you for reading
