Conditional Order Application - how long is yours taking

IAmNotDarling · 20/10/2024 21:04

Hi, I thought it might be useful to have a thread (I can’t see one) that tracks how long Conditional Order applications are taking. Mine can be applied for on 23 October ‘24 and STBXH (sole applicant)’s solicitor is going to hit send then.

I’ll report back to when I have dates - but in the meantime if you’ve applied since July ‘24 when did you apply and when was it granted?

TIA

It's a standard length of time l think?

There’s a set wait period for each stage but how long the processing time takes varies.
