Conditional order looming...finances?

Hi,
Married 10yrs, separated 2.5, 1 child, sold house, and I applied for the divorce myself on the gov website. He wants me to accept 5050 equity split, which I will likely agree with just so it's over. We have no joint savings, so it's just the house equity.

We sold the house after him initially refusing and outting other obsitcals in the way. However, we don't have the sale money. It's still with the convincing solicitor 7 weeks on as we are no contact, and I can't get hold of him to sort anything.

The conditional order is looming. What do i need to do? At what point do you sort finances?

Usually before house is sold and final order granted

Not what you asked, but pensions?

He has a pension of 17yrs, I have a small pension.

I've done some googling, and I think I will need to get a solictor sooner rather than later
