Loans during divorce

Am I able to put all loans on financial disclosure during divorce. Personal loans took out during marriage I.E student loans & credit card debt
Is anything accrued after split not included?

Double check with your own legal advice, but typically yes you include all debts in financial disclosure. However things like student loans aren’t relevant for the purpose of financial settlement, they are personal loans and treated differently.

With regards to debts incurred after separating, in those cases where one of you has taken out the debt and are the sole benefit of the debt then courts typically see that as one which that individual is responsible for and so again it is kept separate from calculation of assets.

I would really recommend seeking advice from somewhere like CAB to ensure all done correctly x
