What are things you asked or wish you asked for in mediation?

Tbh I wish I’d never done it. I was being coerced to agree to things before each session (I was living in the FMH still) and after the sessions the mind games and vitriol ramped up. I kind of thought I ‘had to do it’ as there wasn’t any physical DV but in hindsight I should have been stronger and said no and explained to the mediator why.
Some people are just never going to be fair (and divorce brings out the worst) and will never negotiate so it’s pointless with someone who has a very fixed mindset. I wasted 6 mths and hundred of pounds for it to collapse and now I am having to go to court anyway.
