Quick question re divorce application

Hello. Just about to submit application but want to check that I’ve ticked the right box asking if we want a financial order. Is it the same box whether you want a ‘financial order consent’ or a ‘contested financial order?’ I can’t remember what the form said…

as for the question, this must be the answer which I’ve got from my solicitor.

Quote: the financial order and final financial order are the same document. So select yes you do want to apply.
