Hey wondering if anyone can help I'm going through a divorce however I had looked though the folder of my husbands and found bank statements and pension which hasn't been added onto form e I have taken photos but am I able to bring it up ?

I don't have a solicitor now we are going through mediation

I'd make sure I had a really good look round for other evidence before revealing you know about this.

I don't have anymore just wasn't sure by law I'm able to do that it wasn't locked away
