I've decided my marriage is over. It's probably been over for a while, I've realised I'm now numb to anything in this relationship. I am only here for my DC. I am bitter daily and I can't remember waking up and not thinking about leaving. Our time here is too short to be so unhappy.

Where to even begin.. what do I need to do?

We have a DC aged 4, with a severe disability, will possibly need life long care. Unsure to what extent right now. I am primary carer and gave up work when she was born. I take DD to all therapies and appointments. She isn't in any kind of daycare /school as her needs cannot be met, we fund everything ourself and she's likely to need significant interventions.

He is the main earner and always has been. Has significant assets. House is joint and mortgage paid off.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Thank you 🥺

Your situation sounds complex, so I’d see a family solicitor. Don’t agree to anything with him until you’ve seen one.
