Has anyone done this? If I was to apply for the final order (Consent order alreadygranted) in 6 weeks and 1 day! and do the financial order in slow time.
What are the risks to this? I'm just so eager to be divorced but we are amicable and plan on still living together for a while due to children. We already have seperate rooms etc. We jointly own the house.
I have googled but it's a little confusing. I was hoping someone may have first hand experience of this.
