Panicking…
have a final hearing on finances in next 7 days. Have self repped and only taken advice from direct access barrister on docs. Have applied for divorce but just been told that need conditional order before the funds hearing and that a judge may throw out my case !!
stxh is incredibly difficult to deal with and no prospect of settlement without a court judgement. Am mentally exhusyted and running out of money…
has anybody been through similar and what did the judge do?? applied for the CO but will not come through in time. Any advice??
