Hi, I have received a letter from my ex partner's lawyer about child arrangements. Do I have to respond to it? I can't afford lawyers. Can I reply myself?
Generally, I don't know what to do! I refuse a contact now because he wants to take her for few days and doesn't even has his own place. He said he is going to show up at my place and take our daughter while she is with babysitter. He has a gamling problem.
He emotionally abusing me, sending 30 emails a day. The Police was involved.
Should I apply for court for child arrangements? How do I do that in Scotland?
Thanks in advance
