Hi, no definitely Form G - it's required for the first financial remedy hearing.

so you are skipping any mediation, and also a first directions hearing and going straight to for?

I looked on there and it skips from F to H? I feel like I'm being really stupid that I can't find it 😪

There isnt an online version its sent to you by the court and called notice of response to first appointment. I went round in circles until I found it too. It will say Form G in tiny type at the bottom.

Also, any other advise regarding the process? My ex is awful, and I'm doing this alone. It's so hard.

form G comes with the letter notifying of you the date of first appointment. It will be there with the documents they sent. It isn’t obvious and I spent ages looking for it but it is there. It’s easily missed. Carefully look through all the pages that came with the appointment date.

How did it go @MeThinksTime ? Got mine coming up in a month and have decided to not be represented due to the huge cost.

@Milknosugar123 Form G wasn't mentioned. Was quite an informal meeting. Lots of questions, have you exchanged this and that. If you've done everything they want in the initial letter, it's just a formality. We can't agree on anything so straight back into the waiting pot for hearing number 2 now. Good luck to you xx
