Financial consent order sealed time scale

Hi, has anyone received their consent order sealed at birmingham court? How long did it take?

Mine was really quick - even though it was very much weighted in my favour - less than a month I think

Yes even though he had taken no legal advice and signed to say as much. The split was 100% I kept my pensions (worth £100k to his £10k) and I got around 65% of the equity in our home. I earn 3x him and it was very clear on the D81 that after paying minimal CMS he'd have £1,100 a month to live on (and pay all his bills). Also had 3 years to pay him the money. But I worded the d81 carefully to state he didn't maximise his income (true) and I was being solely left custody of 3 children with childcare bills of over £2k per month alone so I argued that the equity split was the most I could afford and that my pensions would be needed to support 3 kids into adulthood past my retirement age ....

Wondering if you've had any luck @SunnyLilacCat ? I'm in the same position and anxiously awaiting news!
