I have sent 3 copies of the Form A to the Harlow HMCTS Financial Remedy address, as advised by my local family court. which I know they arrived because I have.the Royal mail delivery notice. I did not send any payment, because it was not clear to me in the Form or anywhere how to do this payment and I was hoping that they would contact me to pay over the telephone via credit card. I have still not heard from them and it has now been more than 30 days since I sent the paper.and I am getting anxious, as I have not heard from them and I do not know what is going on. There is no direct number to be found for the Harlow office and the numbers there are are general and they do not want to help with Financial remedies..Can anyone advise (perhaps they have been through this recently ) whether I should still wait or whether there is a Tel number that I can call them to see what is happening with my.case?
