I am after advice really. I think I want to leave my partner of 4 years . We do not have children together he moved into my house which I own and I stupidly put him in the deeds however I did protect the money I put into the house £150k . He put no money in . Now basically he is refusing to leave the property is there anything I can do to make him leave ?
He has said I should leave as I want to split up. He is being very difficult and trying to say I am abusing him. My two sons from previous relationship life here and his son. He has never had a relationship more than a few years. I wish I had seen this earlier on I feel so stupid . Has anyone had experience of this ?

If he part owns the house he has a right to stay. You need to see a solicitor ASAP for advice.

Oh shit. Sorry to hear that but I second pp, you need Legal advice.

Do you own as tenants in common with unequal share?

he’s owed that % of equity. So you’ll need to buy him out or sell to give it to him. And he doesn’t have to leave if he owns it
