Struggling to cope as husband left on Wednesday and wants me to now stay here in the home we bought 20 months ago
posted recently about the break up but I’m not getting any better
cant eat or sleep
can’t stay in house as too many memories
told our daughter he can’t come back

Oh lovely - so sorry you are going through this. Do you have a support system around you? Parents? Friends? Or anyone you trust to open up to?

See what your next steps are? Could you both reconcile? If you can then that is amazing - if you can't then figure out what your options are.

I’m so sorry. I don’t think I saw your original post. If you can’t eat have your tried protein shakes? Sleep when you can even if it’s just naps. You will be ok. It hurts like hell but it will get easier in time. If he’s sure he doesn’t want to be in the marriage anymore there’s nothing you can do about that. Take one day at a time for now.
