Difference between Consent Order & Financial Order

I’m getting really confused and overwhelmed by the divorce process.

I’ve submitted the initial application as a sole applicant, it’s been approved and ex husband has responded to say he agrees. Now what happens? I definitely want a clean break that is legally binding.

What’s the difference between a Consent Order and a Financial Order? I’m not finding Wikivorce very helpful.

They are the same thing - if you have an agreement on how finances will be dealt with, it is a financial order by consent.

Ahhh thank you. That makes more sense.
