I have been separated from my husband for 16 years. He refuses to let the family know where he lives. My daughter was able to contact him. He said he will not sign any divorce papers. I do not speak to him he is very abusive. I am trying to divorce him at a cost to me. Advised bailiffs to go to his mums where he visits. This will be the third time I have used bailiffs over the 16 years. Please Help !
