Ex martial home completing on the 10th July, after which time I'll have no reason to speak to stbxh.

I've a few things to tell him / request and I'm struggling to keep it factual while my emotions are all over the place. He's a difficult person and I'm an overthinker so not the best combo!

• he needs to meet the buyer on completion day to give them the keys (sold through Purple Bricks). I'm too far away now and left all my keys there. I have mentioned this to him before but guarantee he won't have taken notice and has the most important job in the world he can't possibly take time out from.
• I need gas and electric readings. There's £500 credit on the account I believe he is unaware of. I could really do with this as moving to a place on my own and he lives with OW. Keep quiet about this?
• there are 50k avios points in our household account I would like to keep to take my mum away. I'm only walking away with 50/50 on the house and have left his pension etc alone.

This, to the point, factual. Totally agree don’t mention the credit or points, just stick to needing to close the gas & electric accounts.

Only thing I’d add is please can he acknowledge receipt of the letter and send a response by X date.
