STBXH is now trying to adjourn a final hearing on finances on the grounds that he ‘wants to clear his name’ after being arrested for breach of a NMo and also on the grounds that a final hearing on children’s matters won’t be heard until 2025 (he’s applied for a lives with order!). I haven’t raised a conduct case in the financial proceedings so I don’t think he will get anywhere on trying to delay on this ground but anybody had experience of financial hearings being delayed on grounds of children’s matters not being sorted ? He’s made numerous and different applications on children’s matters and keeps changing his position. He’s also tried to delay the FDR before. thank you !
