Am new to this but am wondering if it's possible to do this?
Divorce application made and waiting to consent order (due in a few weeks). We are in separate rooms and I do nothing for him.
Separate bank accounts although we do still have a joint one from which the mortgage and utilities are paid.
House is SSTC and will hopefully complete end of August.
I work 45 hours per week min wage but this isn't enough for me to currently cover what me and DC need. STBX is shocking with money and even though earns more than me won't contribute more. I am really worried
