What should I expect?

My ex has decided he wants to go the legal route for a CAO, I have no problem with this and hope we can agree in mediation on what are arrangements will be however incase we can’t agree I just want to be prepared for what to expect the court to decide.
DD is 4 months old contact so far has been her dad coming to my house for several hours at a time 2/3 times when he is off work and I will leave him to it and get on with cleaning etc unless DD needs me for anything. He works 4 in 4 off. While I am on maternity leave at the moment when I go back to work I will be working 2 set days most likely Friday and Saturday.
so far he has not taken her to his house for contact yet as she really struggles to settle for anyone but me, I am also worried about some aspects of care with her. If he drops dummies/teething toys on the floor he thinks they can just be wiped and given back to her instead of sterilised and put her in bouncer when she couldn’t support herself.
i have been the one who has arranged all medical appointments and keeps on top of her prescriptions.
Can anyone who has been through family courts with a similar situation advise on what the outcome was?

Also I don’t know if it’s relevant or not but on the 4 days he works he does 12.5 hour days starting at 6am, his family don’t live near by so he doesn’t have anyone who could help with childcare around those hours so he wants me to work around his work schedule.
