Hi all, well we seem to have a new 'you couldn't make it up ' scenario just prior to the final hearing.
I have been informed by solicitors letter that the ex who works for himself is out of work! How convenient is that, I'm so angry I could cry. How can these solicitors go along with this and play with people's lives, I don't know.

I'm terrified of the final hearing, the judge at the fda was very aggressive and couldn't have cared less what housing we ended up with so I've not got a lot of faith in the court process and wether the law is actually the law.

Has anyone experienced this, will a judge see through this as a tactical move as I'm sure after never being out of work in all the years I've known him he isn't in that situation now!

Do you have a solicitor or barrister that can address this at your final hearing?
They should be able to flag the points that you have made.
