Financial order

Looking for assistance please. We have a conditional order for our divorce. We submitted our financial agreement. Amicably agreed, recorded and witnessed. The court rejected the application stating that it wasn’t presented in the correct format / template.
I have spoken with multiple lawyers who are all asking for fees of up to £2,500 to draft the information in the correct format.
This is infuriating as we have already done all the work. Is anyone able to signpost me to the correct template for a financial order for UK courts? Thanks in advance

What did you use as a template? I'm pretty sure it's form d81 you need but I'm not 100% certain on that as we haven't got to that stage yet

It's a D81 form or Form E but you also have to have a formal financial consent order written up by a solicitor? (Mine cost £500) - did you get that bit done? If you didn't send either of those 3 things what did you send in?

Thank you both @delusionalonathursday and @sparepantsandtoothbrush i submitted form D81 and Form A plus a signed, witnessed agreement. The judge is saying I need to submit consent order instead of the agreement. Is there a template I can use? I really don’t want to fork out £2,500 when I’ve done all the work.

It's my understanding as it's a legal document it has to be done by a solicitor - they shouldn't charge that much for it though! Mine was circa £500 that's it
