Has anyone sold the family home through a part exchange to a new house (and then paying the ex their share)?
I have to put the house on the market in June (long divorce) and really can't face selling it the traditional way. There are some suitable new houses in town that are offering part exchange.
Am I able to do this and will I lose too much?
Has anyone done it?
